Restorative Yoga Workshop with Gong Meditations
Pre-registration is required - space is limited

This workshop is open to all levels. We will begin with a short introduction and meditation followed by warm-up and restorative poses. The class will conclude with deep relaxation, gong meditation and integration. Workshop offered by Pam Williams, certified yoga teacher and nationally certified massage therapist.

Please bring a sticky mat, dense weave blanket or large towel, ace bandage, eye bag or hand towel, strap, 2-2lb bags of rice and blocks. Some props available at the Rec Center. Call Pam if you have any questions. $30/per person.

Diving Deep Yoga Workshop

The Diving Deep workshop is open to all levels. We will begin with a short introduction and meditation followed by warm-up, deep stretches and restorative poses. The class will conclude with deep relaxation, meditation and integration. Workshop offered by Pam Williams, certified yoga teacher and nationally certified massage therapist.

Yoga for Health :

  1. Increases circulation.
  2. Increases relaxation.
  3. Reduces stress.
  4. Takes the body/mind from fight or flight to rest and relax.
  5. Can shorten healing time following an injury.

Yoga Can Help

Yoga can be included in a health regime quite easily. There are many forms of yoga to suite about any personality.

The practice of yoga has removed artheritis from my spine. It has also banished the pain in my wrists from many years in front of a computer.
